What is the part of your job you are most proud of:
The fact that I get to share my ideas and watch them being implemented to make ComplyPortal a better tool for our clients.
What do you enjoy in your day to day role:
I enjoy creating the necessary workflows/processes on the clients’ accounts, as this is not always straightforward, and you sometimes need to “use your imagination” to find the best solution to the clients’ needs.
What are you hoping to get out of this job role:
I am eager to keep building a great career whilst gaining more knowledge and responsibilities at ComplyPortal. I enjoy helping our clients by creating more efficient ways to help them meet their compliance requirements and objectives.
What is something you commonly see clients and people in the industry struggle with:
Time-management and organisation are very important, not only in our industry but in all industries. It’s easy to get lost when you don’t invest in the right tools and there’s no limit to what we can achieve when using the right technology.
